Shipping policy


Order Processing



Once an order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. During this time, your order is prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched from our fulfillment partners.


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.





Shipping Times



Estimated delivery times are as follows:


  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days



Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.


While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed over to the carrier.





Tracking Your Order



All orders include tracked shipping.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.





Order Cancellations



You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.


If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with next steps once delivery is complete.
