Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused / unworn
- In its original packaging (including tags where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for return (optional, but helpful)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@jetkyst.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care / hygiene items (where applicable)
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Sale items: We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items unless the item arrives faulty.

Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, with tags (where applicable), and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
